Meet Our Outstanding Team
Cambridge Hills Assisted Living wouldn’t have the success it has today without our exceptional team. Many of our team members have been with us for more than 10 years. In that time, they’ve developed an excellent rapport and friendships with our valued residents. Meet some of the team members:
Kendall Oliver has more than 20 years of experience in the senior housing industry. He is a Roxboro native who remains committed to creating exceptional assisted living communities in the region. Over his years in the industry, he's honed his skills in senior care, real estate, and land development.
A Person County native, Amy Fox has been a part of Cambridge Hills Assisted Living since 2000. She has over two decades of experience in nursing, senior care, and administration. Amy still holds a strong passion for working with the elderly and hopes that she can learn from their wisdom. In her free time, she loves reading romance novels and shopping just about anywhere.
Director of Personal Care
Virginia Roberts first sought out a career in textiles but soon turned her focus to medical assisting. She received her degree in the field in 2002, and since then, she's been certified in medical assisting and furthered her education in geriatrics. Virginia has held all kinds of positions, including Charge Nurse, supervisor, and Resident Care Director. She loves working with the elderly and seeing their smiling faces first thing in the morning.

Tammy Thomas has worked at Cambridge Hills Assisted Living for over 12 years. While she started as a CNA, her enthusiasm and creativity soon earned her the Activities Director position. Tammy plans and implements all of the resident activities in our community, and she loves figuring out ways to incorporate everyone's favorite activities into monthly plans. Outside of work, Tammy loves reading and riding her four-wheeler.
